జార్జ్ డబ్ల్యూ. వారెన్ (1828-1902) గొప్ప అమెరికన్ ఆర్గానిస్ట్, స్వరకర్త, ఈయన “నేషనల్ హిమ్” అనే గీతం ట్యూన్కు పేరు పొందాడు. దీనిని చర్చిలు, దేశభక్తి కార్యక్రమాలలో పాడే ‘గాడ్ ఆఫ్ అవర్ ఫాదర్స్’ కోసం ఉపయోగిస్తారు. ఈయన న్యూయార్క్లోని ప్రముఖ చర్చి సంగీతకారుడు, అమెరికన్ పవిత్ర సంగీతం అభివృద్ధిలో ముఖ్యమైన పాత్ర పోషించాడు. ఈయన న్యూయార్క్లోని సెయింట్ థామస్, సెయింట్ బార్తోలోమ్యూస్, ఎపిస్కోపల్ చర్చిలలో ఆర్గనిస్ట్గా పనిచేశాడు. అక్కడ పాడిన వారెన్స్ హిమ్స్ ట్యూన్స్లో ఈయన కీర్తనలు, సేవా సంగీతం సంకలనం చేయబడ్డాయి.

George W. Warren (1828–1902) was an American organist and composer best known for his hymn tune “National Hymn”, which is used for ‘God of Our Fathers’ which is sung in churches as well as patriotic events. He was a prominent church musician in New York and played a significant role in the development of American sacred music. He served as an organist at Episcopal churches in New York, including St. Thomas Church and St. Bartholomew’s Church.

సహుదరుడు లాజర్ సేన్ (1927-2013) సహో. భక్త్ సింగ్ గారితో కలసి పని చేసిన దేవుని సేవకునిగా అందరికి బాగా తెలుసు. ఈయన రక్షించబడిన దినము నుండి ఆత్మయందు తీవ్రత, సువార్త భారము కలిగి యున్నారు. ముఖ్యముగా! ఈయన పరిచర్యలో ప్రధాన భాగము పాటల సంగీతము. బైబిలులో దావీదు రాజువలె చిన్న తనము నుండి, పాటలు రాయటం, సంగీతం కూర్చటం, వాయిద్యాలన్నియు వాయించటం, పాడటం, వెన్నతో పెట్టిన విద్యగా అలవరచుకొనిరి. దేవుడు ఈయనకు మంచి గాత్రమును అనుగ్రహించెను. దేవుడు ఈయనకు అనుగ్రహించిన తలాంతులన్నియు ఆయనను సేవించటానికే, మహిమపర్చటానికే ఉపయోగించిరి. ఈయన ప్రతిభను తన పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయులు చాలా చిన్న వయస్సు నుండి గుర్తించారు. ఈయన 7 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సునుండి పాడటం, హార్మోనియం వాయిస్తూ కచేరీలు ఇచ్చేవారు.

Bro. Lazar Sen (1927-2013) is a well-known servant of God who worked alongside Bro. Bakht Singh. He has fervency in the Spirit and a burden for the Gospel since the day he was saved. Most importantly, his ministry was centred around songs with music. Like King David in the Bible, from a young age, he excelled in writing songs, composing music, playing instruments, and singing songs with a natural inborn talent. God blessed him with a beautiful voice. He used all the talents that God gave him to serve the Lord and glorify His name. His talent was recognized by his school teachers from a very young age.
